    Choose the item, and screen printed or full colour where there's a choice.

  2. Upload your design

    See it on your merch straight away. Move it, resize it, then pick your colours, sizes and how many.

  3. Pay, and we print it

    We print exactly what you upload, in-house in Scotland, and dispatch within 10 working days (badges, magnets and keyrings 15 to 25).

No set-up fees. No screen charges.

Lots of printers charge a set-up fee of around £20 for every screen, then a price per item on top. We don't. The price in the builder already includes your screens: the only extra is delivery, or collect for free by arrangement.

Custom merch FAQs

Are there any set-up or screen fees?

No. The price in the builder already includes your screens and set-up. The only extra is delivery, or collect for free in Aberdeen by arrangement.

What's the smallest order?

Each item above shows its minimum. Full colour T-shirts, hoodies and vests have no minimum, and our one-offs take any number, from one.

Screen printed or full colour: which should I pick?

Screen printing pushes bold, solid ink through a screen: the classic band merch finish, for logos and designs with a few solid colours. Full colour (DTF) prints photos, gradients, fine detail and as many colours as you like. Each item shows the minimum for both.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 10 working days of your order. Badges, mirrors, medals, magnets and keyrings take 15 to 25 working days, depending on how many you order. Delivery time is on top.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. One-offs and smaller orders go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard, added at checkout. Bigger orders, and all screen printing, are UK only.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, for free in Aberdeen, by arrangement. Email mail@chaoscreations.scot first to arrange a time: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (Fridays until 2pm).

Do you send a proof?

No. We print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order. We only get in touch if there's a problem with your artwork or with stock.

What files can I upload?

PNG, PDF, SVG or AI, up to 20 MB, ideally at 300 dpi. For clothing and tote bags, a PNG with a see-through background works best. Only upload designs you have the right to print.

Do bigger sizes cost more?

No. Every size is the same price, from kids sizes to adult 5XL.

Can I cancel or return custom merch?

No. Custom orders are made just for you, so they're non-refundable and can't be cancelled once placed. If we make a mistake or an item is faulty, we'll put it right.

Can I use a discount code?

No. Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
