Shipping policy
Shipping Times
- United Kingdom: 1–2 weeks
- Europe: 1–3 weeks
- Rest of the World: 2–6 weeks
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
During busier periods or when we’re trading at festivals, processing can take up to 7 days. This doesn’t happen often, but we’ll always get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Information
We use standard Royal Mail services.
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we don’t use fully tracked services. In some cases, basic delivery confirmation may be available, but this won’t show updates throughout the journey.
Delayed Orders
Most orders arrive within the timeframes above, but occasionally delays can happen.
- UK orders: If your order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, get in touch and we’ll help sort it
- International orders: If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, let us know and we’ll look into it for you

Missing Items
If something seems to be missing from your order:
- Double-check the packaging, as items can sometimes stick together
- If it’s still not there, contact teamchaos@chaoscreations.scot with your order number
If your packaging arrived damaged, photos can help us resolve things quicker.
Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide.
Express Shipping
We don’t currently offer express shipping.
Dispatch Days
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
- We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays
If there are any temporary delays (such as festival trading), we’ll always display a notice on the website.
