Refunds & Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Returns are at your own cost
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and typically arrive within 3–5 working days

Non-returnable items
Due to the custom nature of some products, the following cannot be returned:
- T-Shirts – Printed on demand and made to order. Please check size and colour guides before purchasing
- Patches – Any patch that is not the standard 10x10cm white print is considered custom (this includes stitched edges)
All other items
All other products can be returned within 30 days for a refund if you’re not satisfied.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, contact teamchaos@chaoscreations.scot and we’ll sort it.
