Screen printing
The proper band merch finish: bold, solid ink pushed through a screen on our press. Best for logos and designs with up to 3 colours. Minimum 20 hoodies.

Lots of screen printers charge a set-up fee of around £20 for every screen, then a price per hoodie on top. We don't. The prices below already include your screens.

Ordering a number in between? It's charged at the per-hoodie price of the next number down, so 25 hoodies on 1 screen is 25 × £12 = £300 (pullover). Over 100? Same per-hoodie price as 100.
Pocket prints: we print hoodie pockets with DTF, even on screen print orders, so small detailed designs stay crisp on thick fleece. Everything else is screen printed as normal, and the price doesn't change.
What's a screen?
Every ink colour, in every print spot, needs its own screen. The same colour in two places is still two screens, because two screens have to be made.

One print means the front, the back or a pocket. Zip hoodies have no front print, so one print is the back or a pocket. 2 to 4 hoodies are £29 each (pullover). Ordering a number in between? It's charged at the per-hoodie price of the next number down. Over 100? Same per-hoodie price as 100.

A heavyweight pullover with a lined hood, drawcord and kangaroo pocket, and soft brushed fleece inside.
Zip hoodie
Casual Classics Core Combed CRBHS40 · 280gsm · 18 colours
A full-zip hoodie with a double-layer hood and pouch pockets, in combed ringspun cotton that takes a print really well.
Every size costs the same, kids sizes included. One hoodie colour per order, with any mix of sizes. Pullover and zip hoodies are separate orders.
Your artwork
- Files: PNG with a see-through background at 300 dpi, PDF, SVG or AI, up to 20 MB. Bigger files can be emailed.
- Biggest print: pullover hoodies take up to 30 × 30 cm on the front (the pouch pocket is in the way) and A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) on the back. Zip hoodies take a back print up to A3. Pocket prints are 10 × 10 cm.
- Screen print: solid colours only, no gradients or photos. The number of colours in your file is the number of screens you pay for.
- No proofs: we print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.
- If there's a problem with your file, or a hoodie colour or size is out of stock, we'll get in touch.
- Only upload designs you have the right to print.

The small print
- All custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once placed.
- You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling mistakes.
- If we make a mistake or a hoodie is faulty, we'll put it right.
- Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
Questions
Are there any set-up or screen fees?
No. The prices above already include your screens. The only extra is delivery, or collect for free in Aberdeen.
Can I mix hoodie colours in one order?
No. Each order is one hoodie colour with any mix of sizes. For two colours, add two orders. Screen print needs at least 20 hoodies in each.
Can I mix pullover and zip hoodies?
Not in the same order, they're separate listings. Add one order of each. Screen print needs at least 20 in each.
How big can the front print be?
Up to 30 × 30 cm on a pullover, because the pouch pocket gets in the way. The back can go up to A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), and pocket prints are 10 × 10 cm.
Can I get a front print on a zip hoodie?
No, the zip runs down the middle. Zip hoodies get a 10 × 10 cm pocket print on the chest, a back print up to A3, or both.
Do you do kids hoodies?
Yes, pullovers (Casual Classics C2200B): 1-2y, 3-4y, 5-6y, 7-8y, 9-11y and 12-13y, in 12 colours. They're the same price as adult sizes, and you can mix them with adult sizes in one order. If your design is too big for the 1-2y, 3-4y, 5-6y or 7-8y hoodies, we'll shrink it to fit. On screen print orders, we DTF print those hoodies instead so we can shrink it to fit, at no extra cost. Zip hoodies come in adult sizes only.
Can I order two different designs?
Yes. Add each design as its own order. Each design needs its own screens.
Do you send a proof?
No. We print exactly what you upload, so check it carefully. If something looks wrong with your file, we'll get in touch before printing.
What if my design has more colours than I picked?
We'll get in touch so you can pay the difference or switch to full colour DTF.
Can I use a discount code?
No. Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
Do bigger sizes cost more?
No. Every size is the same price, from kids 1-2y to adult 5XL.
