Delivery and collection
- UK singles go by Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.55 (orders up to 100g), or Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £3.
- UK batches go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £5, worked out by weight at checkout. Ordering shirts too? It all goes in one box, with one delivery charge.
- Outside the UK? Singles and small batches can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard. Bigger orders are UK only. The order summary in the builder tells you if yours can go.
- Free collection in Aberdeen by arrangement. Email mail@chaoscreations.scot first to arrange a time: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (Fridays until 2pm).
Your artwork
- Files: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI, up to 20 MB. 300 dpi is ideal. Up to 10 designs per order.
- It wraps round the edge: we print a circle bigger than the badge, so your design carries on round the side. The builder shows you the part that wraps round.
- Keep words inside the red line in the builder, so nothing important ends up on the edge.
- See-through areas print white, the colour of the paper, or pick any background colour in the builder.
- No proofs: we print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.
- Only upload designs you have the right to print.

Printed at 300dpi, sealed under a clear protective film and hand-pressed with strong metal parts. Made to be worn every day, through sun and rain.
The small print
- All custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once placed.
- You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling mistakes.
- If we make a mistake or a badge is faulty, we'll put it right.
- Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
- Not suitable for children under 3: small parts. Badges have sharp pins, mirrors contain glass, and magnets should be kept away from pacemakers and other medical implants.
Questions
Can I order just one badge?
Yes. Singles are 1 to 9 per order, and each one can be a different design. If you need more, a batch is cheaper: the builder tells you when.
Can I have different designs in one batch?
Yes. You can have a different design for every 50 pin badges or D-pins, or every 5 mirrors, magnets, bottle openers or medals. 200 badges can be up to 4 designs, or all the same.
Why is the printed circle bigger than the badge?
Your design wraps round the edge of the badge when it's pressed, so we print a bigger circle. The builder shows the part that wraps round. Keep words and logos inside the red line.
My design has a see-through background. What happens?
See-through parts print white, the colour of the paper. You can pick any background colour in the builder instead.
Are there any set-up fees?
No. The prices include everything. The only extra is delivery, or collect for free in Aberdeen.
Can you post outside the UK?
Yes, singles and small batches go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard. Bigger orders are UK only. The builder tells you if yours can go.
Do you send proofs?
No. We print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.
