Delivery and collection
- UK one-offs go by Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.55 (orders up to 100g), or Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £3.
- UK batches go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £5, worked out by weight at checkout. Ordering shirts too? It all goes in one box, with one delivery charge.
- Outside the UK? One-offs and small batches can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard. Bigger orders are UK only. The order summary in the builder tells you if yours can go.
- Free collection in Aberdeen by arrangement. Email mail@chaoscreations.scot first to arrange a time: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (Fridays until 2pm).
Your artwork
- Files: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI, up to 20 MB. 300 dpi is ideal. Up to 10 designs per order.
- Round ones wrap round the edge: we print a circle bigger than the keyring. In the builder the red line is its edge, the 2mm just outside wraps round the side and the rest is tucked underneath.
- Photo keyrings: we print 2mm over the edge of the insert and trim it, and the clear frame covers the very edge, so keep words inside the dashed line.
- Keep words inside the red line in the builder, so nothing important ends up on the edge.
- See-through areas print white, the colour of the paper, or pick any background colour in the builder.
- No proofs: we print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.
- Only upload designs you have the right to print.

Printed at 300dpi. Round ones are sealed under a clear protective film and hand-pressed with strong metal parts; photo inserts sit under clear acrylic. Made to be used every day.
The small print
- All custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once placed.
- You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling mistakes.
- If we make a mistake or a keyring is faulty, we'll put it right.
- Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
- Not suitable for children under 3: small parts.
Questions
Can I order just one keyring?
Yes. Our one-off listings take any number, from one, and each one can be a different design, your own or one of ours. From 10 the bulk listing is cheaper: the builder tells you, and takes your designs across.
Can I have different designs in one batch?
Yes. You can have a different design for every 5 keyrings. 20 keyrings can be up to 4 designs, or all the same.
Why is the printed area bigger than the keyring?
On round keyrings your design wraps round the edge when it's pressed, so we print a bigger circle: the 2mm just outside the edge goes round the side and the rest is tucked underneath. Photo inserts are printed 2mm over the edge and trimmed, so there's never a white line. Keep words and logos inside the red line in the builder.
Can I have a photo on both sides of a keyring?
Yes. Photo keyrings can have a different design on the back at no extra cost. Add it in the builder and see both sides before you order.
My design has a see-through background. What happens?
See-through parts print white, the colour of the paper. You can pick any background colour in the builder instead.
Are there any set-up fees?
No. The prices include everything. The only extra is delivery, or collect for free in Aberdeen.
Can you post outside the UK?
Yes, one-offs and small batches go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard. Bigger orders are UK only. The builder tells you if yours can go.
Do you send proofs?
No. We print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.
