Printed at 300dpi, sealed under a clear protective film and hand-pressed with strong metal parts. Made to be worn every day, through sun and rain.

Batches go up in 50s, from 100 to 10,000. Ordering a number in between? You pay the per-badge price of the row above, so 150 badges (25mm) is 150 × 41p = £61.50. Singles are up to 9 per order. Need more than 10,000? Email us.

Designs

You can have a different design for every 50 badges, so 200 badges can be up to 4 designs, or all the same design. Singles can each be a different design. Upload up to 10 designs per order.

The badges

  • 25mm, 38mm, 45mm, 58mm or 77mm, with a plastic back and a safety pin.
  • Your design wraps round the edge, so the printed circle is bigger than the badge (25mm uses a 35mm circle, 38mm uses a 49mm circle, 45mm uses a 56mm circle, 58mm uses a 70mm circle, 77mm uses an 87mm circle). Keep words and logos inside the dashed line in the preview.

Artwork

  • PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI, up to 20 MB. 300 dpi is ideal.
  • See-through areas print white, the colour of the paper, or pick a background colour in the preview.
  • We print exactly what you upload and don't send proofs, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.

  • UK: singles go by Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.55 (orders up to 100g), or Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £3. Batches go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £5. Worked out by weight at checkout. Ordering shirts too? It all goes in one box, with one delivery charge.
  • Outside the UK? Singles and small batches can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard, added at checkout. Your order summary above tells you if yours is small enough. Bigger orders are UK only.
  • Free collection in Aberdeen by arrangement: email mail@chaoscreations.scot first. Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (Fridays until 2pm).

The small print

Custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled. You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling. If we make a mistake or a badge is faulty, we'll put it right. Discount codes can't be used on custom merch.

Safety: Not suitable for children under 3: small parts and a sharp pin.
