Screen printed zip hoodies for your band, label or crew, printed in-house in Aberdeen on our screen press. Upload your design above, see it on a hoodie and order in a few minutes. Minimum 20 hoodies.

No set-up or screen fees. Lots of screen printers charge a set-up fee of around £20 for every screen, then a price per hoodie on top. We don't. Our prices already include your screens.

Ordering a number in between? You pay the per-hoodie price of the row above, so 25 hoodies on 1 screen is 25 × £15 = £375. Over 100? Same per-hoodie price as 100.

How screens work

Every ink colour in every print spot needs its own screen, even when it's the same colour.

  • White print on the back = 1 screen
  • Red and white on the back = 2 screens
  • White pocket + white back = 2 screens
  • 1-colour pocket + 2-colour back = 3 screens

Up to 3 screens per order. Need more colours, gradients or photos? Go for full colour DTF instead.

Pocket prints

We print hoodie pocket designs with DTF, even on screen print orders. Pocket designs are small and often detailed, and DTF keeps every line crisp on a thick, brushed fleece hoodie. Your back print is still screen printed, and the price doesn't change: count your pocket colours as screens, as above.

The hoodie

  • Zip Hoodie (Casual Classics Core Combed CRBHS40, 280gsm): a full-zip hoodie with a double-layer hood and pouch pockets, in combed ringspun cotton that takes a print really well. 18 colours.
  • Sizes S to 5XL in every colour. Adult sizes only. Every size is the same price.
  • One hoodie colour per order, with any mix of sizes. Want pullover hoodies too? Add them as a separate order.

Artwork

  • PNG with a see-through background (300 dpi), PDF, SVG or AI, up to 20 MB.
  • The zip runs down the middle, so zip hoodies have a pocket print on the chest (10 × 10 cm) instead of a front print. The back print goes up to A3 (29.7 × 42 cm).
  • Solid colours only for screen print, no gradients or photos.
  • We print exactly what you upload and don't send proofs, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.

  • Outside the UK? Screen printed orders are UK only, but one full colour (DTF) zip hoodie can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard, added at checkout.

The small print

Custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled. You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling. If we make a mistake or a hoodie is faulty, we'll put it right. Discount codes can't be used on custom merch.
