Custom Screen Printed Patches

Custom screen printed sew-on patches for your band, label or crew, printed in-house in Aberdeen on black heavy poly cotton. Upload your designs above, see them on the sheet and order in a few minutes. From 20 sheets. No set-up fees.

Each sheet is one A3 print in one ink colour, then cut into patches: 12, 8, 4 or 2 patches, or 1 back patch. Use the same design on every patch, or a different design in each slot.

Order any number of sheets from 20. Ordering a number in between? You pay the per-patch price of the row above, so 25 sheets of 10 × 10cm patches is 300 × 40p = £120. Over 100 sheets, every patch is the 100-sheet price.

Ink colours

White, red, blue, yellow, green, fuchsia or orange, on black fabric. Every design on a sheet prints in the same ink. Want some sheets in another colour? Each ink change is £20, so 20 sheets as 5 red, 5 white and 10 blue is 2 ink changes, £40 on top. Choose it in the builder.

Every patch has a 7mm border round the edge for sewing, so the print area is a little smaller than the patch.

The patches

• Black heavy poly cotton. Sew-on.
• Cut edge: cut straight from the sheet. Stitched edge: overlocked all the way round in black thread, for a neat, hard-wearing edge.
• One design on every patch, or a different design in each slot on the sheet: up to 12 designs on 10 × 10cm patches. Every slot needs a design.

Artwork

• PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI, up to 20 MB. 300 dpi is ideal.
• Screen printing is one solid ink colour: we print the shape of your design. Solid shapes and lines work best, not photos or shading. Need more colours? See full colour (DTF) patches.
• Your design fills the print area and keeps its shape. Move it, shrink it or turn the patch in the builder. Anything past the border is cut off.
• We print exactly what you upload and don't send proofs, so check spelling and layout before you order.

Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatched within 10 working days.
• UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £5, worked out by weight at checkout (a sheet of patches weighs about 36g). Ordering shirts or badges too? It all goes in one box, with one delivery charge.
• Outside the UK? Orders up to 2kg (55 sheets of patches) can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard, added at checkout. Bigger orders are UK only.
• Free collection in Aberdeen by arrangement: email mail@chaoscreations.scot first. Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (Fridays until 2pm).

The small print

Custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled. You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling. If we make a mistake or a patch is faulty, we'll put it right. Discount codes can't be used on custom merch.
