Screen printed T-shirts for your band, label or crew, printed in-house in Aberdeen on our screen press. Upload your design above, see it on a shirt and order in a few minutes. Minimum 20 shirts.

No set-up or screen fees. Lots of screen printers charge a set-up fee of around £20 for every screen, then a price per shirt on top. We don't. Our prices already include your screens.

Ordering a number in between? You pay the per-shirt price of the row above, so 25 shirts on 1 screen is 25 × £6.75 = £168.75. Over 100? Same per-shirt price as 100.

How screens work

Every ink colour in every print spot needs its own screen, even when it's the same colour.

  • White print on the front = 1 screen
  • Red and white on the front = 2 screens
  • White on the front + white on the back = 2 screens
  • 1-colour pocket + 2-colour back = 3 screens

Up to 3 screens per order. Need more colours, gradients or photos? Go for full colour DTF instead.

Shirts

  • Heavy Cotton (Gildan 5000, 180gsm): thick, sturdy and built for gigs. 56 colours, S to 5XL (some colours stop at 3XL or 4XL).
  • Soft Cotton (Gildan Light Cotton 3000, 150gsm): softer and lighter to wear, without being cheap or flimsy. 25 colours, S to 5XL.
  • Kids sizes: 3-4y, 5-6y, 7-8y, 9-11y and 12-13y, in Heavy Cotton (Gildan 5000B, 34 colours) or Soft Cotton (Gildan 3000B, 15 colours). Same price as adult sizes. If your design is too big for the 3-4y, 5-6y or 7-8y shirts, we'll DTF print those instead so we can shrink it to fit, at no extra cost.
  • Every size is the same price. One shirt colour per order, with any mix of sizes.
  • Women's fit: screen printed women's fit T-shirts are the same price.

Artwork

  • PNG with a see-through background (300 dpi), PDF, SVG or AI, up to 20 MB.
  • Biggest print A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) on the front or back. Pocket prints are 10 × 10 cm.
  • Solid colours only for screen print, no gradients or photos.
  • We print exactly what you upload and don't send proofs, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.

  • Outside the UK? Screen printed orders are UK only, but up to 3 full colour (DTF) shirts can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard, added at checkout.
  • Free collection in Aberdeen by arrangement: email mail@chaoscreations.scot first. Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (Fridays until 2pm).

The small print

Custom orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled. You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling. If we make a mistake or a shirt is faulty, we'll put it right. Discount codes can't be used on custom merch.
