Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

Email chaoscreationssco@yahoo.com with the subject "Delete my data". Please send it from the email address you used with us, whether for your account, your orders, or signing in with Facebook or Google.

What happens next

We'll delete your data within 30 days of your request and email you to confirm when it's done.

We'll delete your customer account, your name, email address, phone number and addresses, and take you off our mailing list. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, the link to that account goes too.

We keep a basic record of what was bought and when, without your personal details, because we need it for our accounts.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove Chaos Creations from your Facebook account yourself at any time: in your Facebook settings, open Apps and websites, choose Chaos Creations and click Remove.
