My item is defective.
If you receive an order, and you find the item you’ve purchased is in some way defective, please e-mail us at email@example.com with the title “Defective Item” and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. If you can provide photographs of the issues you are having, then we will be able to assist you better.
My item doesn’t fit.
Please read the measurements before you make a purchase. If you buy an item and then decide you wish to change it for a different size, you will need to pay for the shipping costs to send it back to us and then for us to send the new item to you.
If you decide you wish to return your items, you must notify us within 28 days of purchase (UK) or 56 days of purchase (Rest of the World). Items will then need to be shipped back as soon as possible. If your item has not been sent back to us within 60 days after the initial notification of intent to return, then your refund claim will be null and void. Refunds will be processed as soon as an order is returned to us and payment is usually back with the buyer within 3-5 working days.
The following items CANNOT be refunded under any circumstance: Digital Downloads, Intimate Wear or Merchandise (Such as underwear or sex related items and garments), Customised Orders (Cut Off Jackets, screen printing work for example), Perishable products and Items which have been bought on sale.
Condition of Return.
All items that are returned to us, need to be in their original condition, unless damaged in transit. Any damage will result in a refund not being issued.
