Returns and Refunds

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we do offer the following in regard to, returns and refunds.

Should you not be satisfied with your item, then you can return the item at your cost within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We can only refund the cost of the product, however, and not the cost of shipping. Once your returned item is received, we will process your refund right away and the money should be back with you in 3-5 business days. To make a return, please contact us at teamchaos@chaoscreations.scot and we will provide the return shipping address.

Please note however, that due to custom nature of our merchandise, some items cannot be returned. These include the following.

• T-Shirts – All of our shirts are now printed on demand, meaning we do not carry a stock. Please use our size and colour guides when making your purchase

• Patches – Any patch that is NOT the classic white print and 10x10cm size, is considered a custom product. This includes a classic patch with a stitched edge, as that is a custom feature.

All other merchandise however can be returned for a full refund should they not be to your satisfaction.

If you were sent the wrong item, then again, please contact teamchaos@chaoscreations.scot to let us know and we’ll take care of it.
